Nottingham, UK - 27 November 2017: Oncimmune Holdings plc (AIM: ONC.L), a leading early cancer detection company developing and commercialising its proprietary EarlyCDT(R) platform technology today announces it has appointed Bryan, Garnier & Co. and Berenberg as Joint Brokers in addition to Zeus Capital, with immediate effect.
