2016 Annual Report & Notice of AGM

The Company announces that the Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 July 2016, incorporating the Notice convening the Company's 2016 Annual General Meeting, has been published today.

The 2016 Annual General Meeting will be held at the Company's offices (5-7 Bridgeworks, The Crescent, London SW19 8DR) on 19 December 2016 at 10.30am.

A copy of the 2016 Annual Report and the notice of AGM can be viewed on, and downloaded from, the Company's website at https://www.wcn.uk/

Included within the 2016 annual report is additional disclosure on directors remuneration for the years ended 31 July 2010 - 2015 which were previously omitted.
