The Company received notification from North Atlantic Value LLP, a part of J O
Hambro Capital Management Group, on 14 November 2006 in accordance with sections
198 to 202 of the Companies Act 1985, that following a purchase of 550,000
Ordinary Shares of 5p each in the Company, on 13 November 2006, North Atlantic
Value LLP, as discretionary manager for its clients, have a notifiable interest
in 7,960,000 ordinary shares, representing 23.47 per cent. of the Company's
issued Ordinary Share capital.


The holding of 7,960,000 Ordinary Shares includes 2,180,000 Ordinary Shares in
which Oryx International Growth Fund Limited ("Oryx") is interested. Oryx is
listed on the London Stock Exchange and North Atlantic Value LLP is its
discretionary investment manager.
