                              Board changes at MKM



MKM is pleased to announce the following board appointments:



Matthew Leigh Toynton, age 33, will join the board of the Company as Group
Finance Director with effect from 19 June 2006. Matthew joins from Procter &
Gamble where he has worked for 11 years, achieving the position of Associate
Director of Finance for their European beauty-care consumer goods manufacturing
and distribution operations. In this role Matthew was responsible for sales in
excess of #1bn and performed a leadership role in the financial integration of
the Clairol and Wella businesses. Prior to his career in industry, Matthew
attended Keble College, Oxford, where he obtained a First Class Honours degree
in Chemistry. He is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Management
Accountants (CIMA).



Michael Thomas Dickson Squires, age 54, joins the board as a non-executive
director with immediate effect. Michael spent the first 10 years of his career
in sales and marketing roles with companies such as Cadbury Schweppes. In 1982
he joined the executive search industry with the Butterfield Partnership Ltd and
in 1990 was appointed the Managing Partner of the London office of Tasa
International Limited. In 1995, he became Chief Executive of Tasa International
and led the merger of the business with TMP Worldwide Inc. He subsequently
became CEO of TMP Executive Search based in New York. In 2004, Michael was
appointed Chairman of the European Study Group Limited, an employers'
association specialising in employment legislation.  In addition to this
position, he also chairs the Solon Partnership Ltd, a specialist one-to-one
business coaching and mentoring consultancy, and was until April 2006 a
non-executive director of Dataforce Group Ltd, a specialist CRM marketing
services group.



Neither Matthew Toynton or Michael Squires have any shareholding in the Company.



Michael Squires is currently a director of the following companies:
European Study Group Limited
Solon Partnership Limited



In the past five years, Michael Squires was a director of the following company:

Dataforce Group Limited



There are no other disclosures required under Schedule Two (g).



The board also announces the departure of Lorraine O'Toole, Finance Director,
with immediate effect.

the MKM Group board represents a strengthening of the team. Matthew brings with
him marketing industry experience and industrial management skills. Michael is
an experienced non-executive director, who the board believe will make an
immediate contribution to the Company."
