In conformity with the Financial Conduct Authority's (FCA) Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company advises that, as at 2 May 2017, the issued share capital of the Company consists of 44,711,198 ordinary shares of 5p each with voting rights. The Company currently holds no treasury shares.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company's ordinary shares is 44,711,198.
