share capital at 31 July 2012 consists of 118,098,508 ordinary shares with 
voting rights. This follows an allotment of 3,931 shares during July 2012 in 
connection with the Corporation's Save As You Earn Plan. There are no other 
classes of share capital and none of the Corporation's issued shares are held 
in Treasury. Therefore the total number of voting rights in The Law Debenture 
Corporation p.l.c. is 118,098,508. 
 
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the 
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their 
interest in, or a change to their interest in, The Law Debenture Corporation 
p.l.c under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
