Directors or Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") - Interest in Shares

In accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R(1), LSL Property Services Plc (the "Company") today announces that on 8(th) April 2011 it was informed of the following transactions in respect of ordinary shares of 0.2 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares").

Steve Cooke, an Executive Director of the Company, acquired 40,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 250 pence per Ordinary Share. As a result of the above transaction, the interest of Steve Cooke in the Ordinary Shares of the Company is 40,000 shares, representing 0.04% of the issued share capital.

In addition, Linda Knight, being a person connected to Simon Embley, an Executive Director of the Company, acquired 120,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 250 pence per Ordinary Share. As a result of the above transaction, the interest of Simon Embley, in the ordinary Shares of the Company - including shares held by connected persons - represents 9.65% of the issued share capital.
