Share acquisition by director following exercise of share award

London Mining, the UK based developer of mines for the global steel industry, announces that Rachel Rhodes has exercised an award under the terms of the London Mining Plc Long Term Incentive Plan over 15,233 ordinary shares. The award was a nil-cost option. Subject to the Trustees approval, the shares are to be satisfied by a transfer of existing ordinary shares from the London Mining Plc Long Term Incentive Trust.

After the shares are transferred, Ms Rhodes will hold 100,233 ordinary shares in London Mining and LTIPs, Share Options and Deferred Awards over 2,113,367 ordinary shares in London Mining Plc.
