Wisconsin Power and Light Company Completes $100,000,000 Debt Offering MADISON, Wis., Aug. 2 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Wisconsin Power and Light Company, the Wisconsin utility subsidiary of Alliant Energy Corporation (NYSE: LNT), announced today that it had completed a public offering of $100 million aggregate principal amount of unsecured senior debentures. The debentures have an interest rate of 6.25% and will be due in 2034.
