PURCHASE OF OWN SHARES & TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS


Luminar plc announces that it has today purchased for cancellation 50,000
ordinary shares of 25p each at 660.785 pence per share.

Following today's purchase the capital of the Company consists of 68,019,477
ordinary shares with voting rights. The Company does not hold any shares in
Treasury.


Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 68,019,477.
