On 13 August 2004, Libertas Capital Group plc ("Libertas Capital" or "the
Group") announced the proposed acquisition of Green Park Investment Limited
("Green Park").

At the Extraordinary General Meeting of Libertas Capital, which took place
earlier today, the resolution put to shareholders to effect the acquisition of
Green Park was duly passed.
