                              ISSUE OF NEW SHARES

Libertas Capital Group plc (AIM: LBR), the financial services firm, announces
that 44,643 new shares have been issued as a result of the exercise by some
employees of their rights over awards made under the Libertas Capital Group plc
Share Incentive Plan. The total number of shares in issue amounts to 46,977,765
of which 4,383,949 shares are held in Treasury. Thus the total number of
ordinary shares with voting rights is 42,593,816 ordinary shares.


Application for the admission of the 44,643 Libertas Capital new ordinary shares
for trading on AIM had been submitted and dealings are expected to commence on
29 June 2007.
