                            DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDING



Libertas Capital Group plc (AIM: LBR), the financial services firm, was notified
today that Mr. H Okereke, a Director of the Company, has purchased 20,000
ordinary shares of 1p each at a price of 36p each. The total number of shares in
issue amounts to 46,784,430 of which 4,153,108 shares are held in Treasury. Thus
the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights is 42,631,322 ordinary
shares.



As a result Mr. H Okereke is interested in 6,601,795 ordinary shares,
representing 15.49% of the total voting rights.
