                               BUY BACK OF SHARES



Libertas Capital Group plc (AIM: LBR), the financial services firm, announces
that the Company has bought back 350,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary
Shares") at an average price of 39.27p each; these shares will be held in
Treasury. Following this buy back of shares, the Company now holds 4,078,108
Ordinary Shares in Treasury, representing 9.3% of the total issued share
capital. The total number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding those held in
Treasury) amounts to 39,761,391.
