                               BUY BACK OF SHARES





Libertas Capital Group plc (AIM: LBR), the financial services firm, announces
that the Company has bought back 2,500,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary
Shares") at a price of 30.5p each; these shares will be held in Treasury.
Following this buy back of shares, the Company now holds 3,662,800 Ordinary
Shares in Treasury, representing 8.41% of the total issued share capital. The
total number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding those held in Treasury)
amounts to 39,884,862.
