                   APPOINTMENT OF SENIOR ADVISOR TO THE BOARD



Libertas Capital Group plc (AIM: LBR) is pleased to announce the appointment of
Handel Evans as Senior Advisor, Global Healthcare, to the Board of Libertas
Capital with immediate effect.



Handel has had a long and distinguished career in the pharmaceutical industry,
being a founder and former Executive Chairman of both Pharmaceutical Marketing
Services Inc. and Walsh International Limited, which between them provided a
range of integrated marketing solutions and services to companies in the
pharmaceutical and healthcare industries.  Prior to this Handel was a
co-founder, senior executive and director of IMS International Inc., the leading
information supplier to these industries.



Commenting on this appointment, Jakob Kinde, Executive Chairman of Libertas
Capital, said: "We are confident that Handel's knowledge and experience will
enable him to make an important contribution to the business of Libertas
Capital. The wealth of his experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare
