Koovs plc (AIM: KOOV), the Western fashion experts for online Indian consumers, announces that, further to the announcement of 21 October 2019, in light of the potential delay in securing the FLFL funding, the Company has decided to delay the Capital Markets Day until it has further clarity on the matter.
