KIMBERLEY DIAMOND COMPANY NL (the Company) (AIM: KDC)
GEM DIAMONDS AUSTRALIA PTY LTD - NOTICE OF CHANGE OF HOLDING

In accordance with the Corporations Act 2001, Gem Diamonds Australia Pty Ltd
(GDAPL) has lodged an ASIC Form 604 - notice of change of interests of
substantial holder.

GDAPL has also increased its holding in Kimberley Diamond Company shares under
the Acceptance Facility set out in GDAPL's First Supplementary Bidder's
Statement dated 14 September 2007, as detailed below.
