Further to the announcement dated 12 February 2013 regarding the proposed appointment of Mr Radhey Shyam Sharma as Non Executive Non Independent Director of the Company, Jubilant confirms that the notice of Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") and Explanatory Notes to the Agenda has been sent to shareholders.

The EGM will be held on Thursday, 21 March 2013 at 2.30 p.m. (Central European Time) at the Sheraton Amsterdam Airport Hotel, Schiphol Boulevard 101, 1118 BG Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
