The Company announces that it was
today notified that the security pledged by Ms Nicola
Sutherland-Heijl, a person closely associated with Douglas
Sutherland, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, over 400,000
ordinary shares held in the capital of the Company in favour
of Banque CBP Quilvest, was released.
There is no change in Douglas
Sutherland's beneficial shareholding in the Company and he
continues to have an interest and voting rights in 400,000 ordinary
shares representing approximately 0.04% of the issued share capital
of the Company.
