HEADLINE: Disposals of Property 
 
The Directors are pleased to confirm the completion of a further disposal. 
 
On 28 March 2014 the Group completed the sale of the warehouse building at 
Hellaby Lane, Rotherham leased to Clipper Group Limited. The sale price of 
GBP7.78 million was in line with the December 2013 valuation. 
 
The net proceeds of these transactions will be applied to reduce borrowing.
