RESULT OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING

At the extraordinary general meeting of Invesco Property Income Trust Limited
(the "Company") held at Ordnance House, 31 Pier Road, St Helier, Jersey JE4 8PW
today, the following ordinary resolution was passed:

THAT, the Related Party Transaction (as defined in the circular of the Company
dated 30 May 2013), being a related party transaction for the purpose of the
Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority be and is hereby approved.
