                  Resignation of Director and Loan extension                   

The Group announces that David Ledsham has resigned as Finance Director of the
Group with effect from 31 July 2008 to take up another appointment.

The Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Bob Mennie, 44, as Chief
Finance Officer and Company Secretary with effect from 11 August 2008. Mr.
Mennie is a Chartered Accountant and joins the Group from a currency management
firm where he was Finance Director designate. Previous experience includes a
period as Finance Director for an AIM company.

The Group also announces that on 21 July 2008, the repayment date of the 
�180,000 loan secured by way of a charge over the book debts and cash balances
of Pronet Analytics.com Limited was extended by 12 months from 28 July 2008 to
28 July 2009. All terms and conditions of this loan remain the same except that
an additional condition has been included that Pronet Analytics.com Limited
maintains a licence to exploit the intellectual property rights from the Smith
Trust on terms satisfactory to the Trust.

Dealings in the Group's ordinary shares will remain suspended on AIM until the
matters referred to in the announcement on 25 July 2008 are resolved. A further
announcement will be made in due course.
