Interactive Investor International Plc (the "Company")

For the purposes of Rule 2.13 we hereby notify you as follows:

I) The securities concerned are ordinary shares of nominal value #0.01 pence
each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").

II) In addition, American Depository Shares ("ADSs") each representing 10
Ordinary Shares may be stabilised.

III) The stabilising manager is Credit Suisse First Boston (Europe) Limited
(Contact: Tom Ahearne, Tel. 0171 888 3818).

IV) Stabilising transactions may occur from 14.30 hours, February 17th, 2000
until March 28th, 2000 (inclusive) or such earlier date as may be notified.

V) The issue price of the Ordinary Shares is #1.50 pence per Ordinary Share. 
The issue price of the ADSs is US$24.06 per ADS.

VI) Stabilisation may occur on the Nasdaq National Market, London Stock Exchange
or otherwise.
