Transactions in Own Shares

Hydrogen announces that on 1 October 2020 it purchased 5,986,237 ordinary shares of GBP0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 40 pence per Ordinary Share. The Ordinary Shares purchased by the Company will be cancelled.

The share purchase and cancellation was made pursuant to the Tender Offer set out in the Company's circular to shareholders dated 8 September 2020 (the "Circular").

Following the purchase and cancellation set out above, Hydrogen has 27,803,169 Ordinary Shares in issue excluding the 545,521 Ordinary Shares currently held in treasury.
