Results of Annual General Meeting
Harworth Group plc (the "Company") announces that at its Annual
General Meeting held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday 21 May 2019 all
resolutions in the notice of annual general meeting dated 16 April
2019 were passed by the necessary majority on a show of hands.
Details of proxy voting instructions received in advance of the
Annual General Meeting are shown in the table below and will be
