ISSUANCE OF SENIOR UNSECURED NOTES

On 3 June 2021, HSBC Holdings plc issued HKD 1,500,000,000 1.55% Senior Unsecured Notes due 2027 under its Debt Issuance Programme (the "Notes").

Application has been made to list the Notes on the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange plc.
