                               Holding in Company


The Company has been informed by Prestbury Investment Holdings Limited
("Prestbury") that following a transfer of 17,500,000 ordinary shares of 10
pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company, representing 13.97 per cent. of
the issued ordinary share capital, to a wholly owned subsidiary, that wholly
owned subsidiary has now transferred the 17,500,000 Ordinary Shares to PIHL
Equity LLP ("PIHL"). By virtue of their shareholding in Prestbury and their
partnership interest in Prestbury and PIHL, both Nick Leslau and Nigel Wray
retain the same notifiable interest in the Company.
