Declaration of Shareholding

The Company was informed on 2 November 2005 that Corvus Capital Inc has
a notifiable interest in 8,500,000 ordinary shares of 0.25p ("Ordinary
Shares") in the Company, representing approximately 4.57 per cent of the
Company's issued share capital.

On readmission, Corvus Capital Inc held 15,000,000 Ordinary Shares
representing approximately 8.06 per cent of the Company's issued share
capital.
