                         GRANT OF OPTIONS AT 19 PENCE                          

LONDON - 09 November 2007 - Following his appointment as Non-Executive
Director, the Company announces the grant of 400,000 options over ordinary
shares of 1 pence to Paul McGroary. The options are exercisable at an exercise
price of 19 pence per ordinary share and are exercisable at any time up to 23
February 2012.

Paul McGroary and his wife jointly hold 3,610,500 ordinary shares in the
Company. By virtue of Paul being a director and 29% shareholder of Eyeconomy
Holdings plc, he is also interested in a further 3,210,000 ordinary shares.
Paul McGroary therefore currently has an interest over 6,820,500 ordinary
shares representing approximately 5.7 percent. of the issued share capital of
the Company.

The total number of options outstanding is now 12,520,000 being 10.4% of the
current issued share capital.
