Announcement of Interim results for the 6 months ended 28 February 2015

Formation Group PLC (AIM: FRM) is pleased to announce that the interim results for the 6 months ended 28 February 2015 will be announced on 30 May 2015.

These results will show a significant improvement from the comparable period. Revenues are expected to be in excess of GBP10m and the Company expect to show a modest profit of approximately GBP0.25m.
