Notification of transactions of directors/persons discharging managerial responsibility or connected persons

EVRAZ plc was notified on 3 November 2014 by Mr Alexander Abramov, a director of EVRAZ plc, that on 29 October 2014 he sold 55,989 EVRAZ Ordinary Shares, held indirectly, at average price of 131.7022 pence per share. As a result of this transaction, Mr Alexander Abramov's indirect holding decreased to 328,564,393 EVRAZ Ordinary Shares, or 21.81% of total issued capital of EVRAZ plc.

EVRAZ plc was notified on 3 November 2014 by Mr Alexander Frolov, a director of EVRAZ plc, that on 29 October 2014 he sold 27,952 EVRAZ Ordinary Shares, held indirectly, at average price of 131.7022 pence per share. As a result of this transaction, Mr Alexander Frolov's indirect holding decreased to 164,067,533 EVRAZ Ordinary Shares, or 10.89% of total issued capital of EVRAZ plc.
