Change to Executive Chairman's Role

eServGlobal (LSE: ESG.L & ASX: ESV.AX), a pioneering digital transactions technology Company, advises that with the core business now well prepared for divestment and funding in place for the Company to meet its pro rata contribution to the anticipated capital requirements of HomeSend, the Board has determined that the Executive Chairman role can be effectively performed on a part time basis. As a result, effective from 1 January 2019, the Executive Chairman role will be undertaken on a part time basis.

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 3.16.4, the Company advises that Mr Conoley's fixed remuneration will be reduced by 50% to GBP130,000 per year. There is no compensation payable for the reduction in his role or remuneration.
