On 2 November 2022, the Company purchased in the market 5,571 Ordinary shares at a price of 370.0 pence per share. These shares will be held in treasury. Following the transaction, the Company's share capital comprises:

118,999,079 Issued Ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares)

40,612,598 Ordinary shares held in treasury

159,611,677 Issued Ordinary shares (including treasury shares)
