shareholders' authority to approve an amendment to the articles of association 
of the Company, the authorisation of the directors of the Company to allot F 
Shares and the disapplication of statutory pre-emption rights, has been posted 
to shareholders today. 
 
The Meeting will be held at 19 Cavendish Square, London W1A 2AW on Monday 15 
March 2010 at 1.00 pm.
