Increased Offer for Subscription of F Shares 
 
The board of directors of the Company is pleased to announce that it has 
exercised its discretion to increase the Company's Offer for Subscription of F 
Shares (the "Offer") from 10 million shares to 20 million shares. 
 
The Offer opened on 16 November 2009 and the Company has, at today's date, 
received applications for in excess of 8.3 million F Shares.  The Company's 
directors expect that applications for more than 10 million F Shares will be 
received before 5 April 2010, and have therefore resolved to increase the Offer 
to 20 million F Shares.
