                           Result of General Meeting

                Disposal of IVA Book and of Debtmatters Limited

                   Change of name to Loanmakers Holdings plc


The Board of Debtmatters announces that at the General Meeting of the Company
held today, a resolution relating to the change of name to Loanmakers Holdings
plc was duly passed. In addition, resolutions relating to the disposal of the
IVA Book and the disposal of Debtmatters Limited set out in the circular sent to
shareholders on 12 February 2008 were also duly passed without amendment.

The disposal of the IVA Book was also conditional on the court approval of the
IVA cases being transferred to new Insolvency Practitioners. The Board is
pleased to announce that such court approval has now been received.
