Director shareholding

The Company was notified today that, on 25 May 2011, Colin Kingsnorth, Director, purchased 753,060 Ordinary Shares (0.45%) in the Company from Laxey Partners Ltd ("Laxey") at 16.35 pence per share.

Colin Kingsnorth is a co-founder and a beneficial owner of Laxey Partners Ltd ("Laxey"). Laxey now hold 136,963,150 Ordinary Shares, 82.01% of the total issued share capital of the Company, and Contracts for Differences in relation to 771,375 underlying Ordinary Shares, representing 0.46% of the total voting rights of the Company. In aggregate, these holdings amount to 137,734,525 representing 82.47% of the total number of Ordinary Shares and voting rights of the Company.
