Update on disposal of major investment

As anticipated in the Company's last announcement on 2 February 2011, the European Commission granted clearance for the sale of Laxey Logistics Ltd to Norbert Dentressangle on 21 March 2011. As a result, completion of the sale of Laxey Logistics Ltd is expected to occur on 28th March 2011.
