Further to the Company's announcement on 14 February 2013 regarding admission of a block listing for exercise of warrants the Company confirms that it currently has 2,656,177,850 ordinary shares of 0.01p each in issue.

The unexercised warrants approved as part of the placing in August 2012 have now expired, however the balance of shares remaining under this block listing will be used to allot shares to cover the exercise of warrants as approved at the Company's AGM on 27(th) June 2013. These amount to 74,444,444 warrants at 0.65 pence per share and 10,000,000 shares at 0.63 pence per share.

On issue, the Block Listing Shares will be issued credited as fully paid and will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue.

The company is also pleased to update that a total of 113,314,018 of the Placing Warrants approved in August 2012 were exercised at a price of 0.5 pence per ordinary share subscribed, and a total of 42,114,000 of the Corporate Finance warrants approved in August 2012 were exercised at a price of 0.4787 pence per ordinary share. This raised a total of GBP768,170 additional funds for the company.
