Issue of Equity

The Company announces that on 26 January 2012 interests were granted to employees over a total of 28,593,811 shares in its Employee Benefit Trust ("EBT"), on terms such that the interest will entitle the holders to the value of such Ordinary Shares over 0.6p per Ordinary Share. All of these interests over Ordinary Shares will vest on 5 January 2015.

Application has been made for the 28,593,811 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on the Alternative Investment Market ("AIM") of London Stock Exchange plc. Admission of the new Ordinary Shares is expected to become effective on 17 February 2012.

Following the issue of the new Ordinary Shares, the Company's total issued share capital with voting rights and which is admitted to trading on AIM will consist of 1,642,763,689 ordinary shares of 0.01p each, with one voting right per share.
