                              Exercise of Options



Cyan Holdings plc advises that 150,000 ordinary shares of 0.2p each in the
capital of the Company have been issued and allotted following the exercise of
options under the EMI scheme.



Application has been made for the 150,000 new ordinary shares to be admitted to
trading on the Alternative Investment Market ("AIM") of London Stock Exchange
plc. Admission of the new ordinary shares is expected to become effective on 26
October 2006.



The total number of Ordinary Shares in issue following this exercise of warrants
is 85,034,814.
