Catalytic Solutions, Inc. (AIM:CTS and CTSU), the company behind Mixed Phase Catalyst (MPC�) technology, announces that Mr. Alan Duncan
MP has resigned as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect due to his increasing commitments as a Member of Parliament
for Rutland and Melton, and as Shadow Secretary of State for Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform.
