ComputerLand UK PLC announces that Simon Lawless has left the company with
immediate effect. Simon was formerly an Executive Director of the company with
joint responsibility for sales.

ComputerLand Chief Executive, Graham Gilbert, commented:

"Simon has been with the company for 15 year and during this time he has been
instrumental in helping the business develop from a private company with sales
of less than #5million to a successful public company with a turnover of
approximately #60 million. My colleagues and I would like to warmly thank Simon
