                             Director Shareholding





The Board of ComputerLand was notified today that on 11 December 2006 Simon
Lawless, an Executive Director of Computerland, sold 15,000 ordinary shares and
on 12 December 2006 sold 10,000 ordinary shares all at a price of 200 pence and
as a result now has a beneficial interest in 10,000 ordinary shares which
represents 0.1% per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
