RESULTS OF THE 2011 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

At the Annual General Meeting of Carpetright plc (the "Company") held at Harris House, Purfleet Bypass, Purfleet, Essex RM19 1TT on 8(th) September 2011 all of the resolutions were voted on by a show of hands and were passed by the Shareholders.

Resolutions submitted to UK Listing Authority
