    DIRECTORS'/PDMR INTERESTS IN SHARES

    The Company has been advised that 1,598 shares were allocated at �5.01 on 13 October under the Company's All Employee Share Ownership
Plan ("AESOP") which total included 25 shares for each of Lord Harris, Mr J Kitching and Mr C Sollesse and 26 shares for Mr M Harris.

    Also included in the purchase were 25 shares purchased for Mrs Caroline Sollesse. Shares purchased for Mrs Sollesse form part of Mr
Sollesse's beneficial interest, below.

    The beneficial shareholdings for these directors are now:
