The company announces that Williams de Broe has today placed
1,075,000 existing ordinary shares representing 8.27
percent. of the issued share capital of the Company at
137.5p per share on behalf of 10 original shareholders of
the company of which 174,551 ordinary shares were on behalf
of certain Directors.

At the time of flotation no shares were realised by any of
the directors. It has always been the Company's aim to widen
the shareholder base and the placing has enabled new
institutional investors to become shareholders.

Following the placing the beneficial interests of the
Directors are as follows:
