Here, if you looking for good DD that is reassuring for people here, check this out. Pay special attention to how companies should not get a Certificate of Good Standing from SoS too early prior to a merger and Application for Authority. Hahalolo updated all states (except Wyoming), in some cases 4 to 6 months too early, for this very reason. So, we are on the cusp of this all going down. They in process now, prob waiting just like we are.
Maybe worst case scenario is a guesstimate of 90 days, per the info contained herein.

That exception is from DD I put together over a year ago that was given to you by another person. That $40m offering has to accompany merger paperwork, prior to merger, and skips OTC altogether and company can apply straight to Nasdaq. So, that is not applicable at all and has been ruled out. There would be no reason to list OTC in the first place, nor a reason to be talking about NASDAQ 12 months from now if they went the $40m route.

One week left to go current otherwise the may not get to the Nasdaq for 2025. Seasoning rule says they have to trade on the OTC FOR A YEAR. There is an exception though from what I read.

hahalolo invest site updated to dec 15th now for their maintenance update. At least they gave themselves some more time. Hoping this is going to correlate with wyoming/otc markets updates, but that's just a hopeful guess. Wyoming is up to Nov 12 on updating their records. Hoping fbec filed something around the 15th, which they last did in nevada at that time, and clayton says they did something shortly after in delaware. waiting game continues...
