Block Listing of Ordinary Shares

The  Company  has  made application to the  London  Stock
Exchange  for  the  admission to  the  Official  List  of
466,000  ordinary  shares by way of a  Block  Listing  in
respect  of the future exercise of options.  The ordinary
shares,  on  allotment, will rank  pari  passu  with  the
existing   ordinary  shares  then  in   issue.    It   is
anticipated  that admission will become  effective  on  3
February 2000.
